These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of QR Code Tickets (“Tickets”) provided by Afrique Today LLC(“Company”) to the ticket holder (“Holder”). By purchasing, receiving, or using a Ticket, the Holder agrees to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Ticket Usage
1.1 Tickets are electronic or paper documents containing QR codes that grant access to events, services, or products as specified by the Company. The Holder must present a valid Ticket for admission or use.
1.2 Tickets are non-transferable, except when explicitly allowed by the Company. Unauthorized transfer or resale may result in the cancellation of the Ticket without refund.
1.3 Tickets may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to the event or service they provide access to. The Holder agrees to comply with all such terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Validity
2.1 Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and event or service specified on the Ticket. Expired or unused Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to change the date, time, venue, or content of the event or service. In such cases, the Holder will be notified, and the Ticket may be exchanged or refunded as per Company policies.
3. Ticket Security
3.1 The Holder is responsible for the safekeeping of the Ticket. Lost, stolen, or damaged Tickets may not be replaced or refunded.
3.2 Reproduction or duplication of Tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
4.1 Refunds or exchanges of Tickets are subject to the Company’s refund policy, which may vary depending on the event or service. The Holder should review the refund policy before purchasing a Ticket.
4.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original method of payment.
5. Entry and Admission
5.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or admission to any Holder for reasons including, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, violation of venue rules, or failure to comply with these Terms.
5.2 The Holder may be required to present valid identification along with the Ticket for admission.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the event or service covered by the Ticket.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for any third-party services, products, or promotions related to the event or service.
7. Privacy
7.1 The Company may collect and process personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Company’s website, and continued use of Tickets constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia.
By using a QR Code Ticket, the Holder acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and agrees to comply with them. If the Holder does not agree with these Terms, they should not use the Ticket.
